Ryanair salary in 2026: sector pay, sales commission, what you actually take home

Everyone quotes a different Ryanair salary. Can someone on a current contract share the structure and a realistic monthly total for a UK or Irish base?

Structure: base salary + sector pay (per flight, only paid when you fly) + commission on onboard sales (this is real money if you're good). Direct contract, Dublin, year two: a normal month lands somewhere around the mid-to-high €2,000s after tax, more in summer when you fly 90+ hours, less in a quiet January. First-year agency contracts start lower because of the training deduction. The sales commission is the variable that separates crew, the good sellers on my base clear noticeably more.

Vueling comparison for context: our base is higher, our sector pay lower, no meaningful commission. Total ends up similar in summer, lower in winter.
