Role-play at the Lufthansa assessment: an assessor plays a passenger whose meal choice ran out, in German. They want: apologise sincerely, explain, offer alternatives, don't over-promise, stay warm. Then the group exercise in a mix of German and English. The individual interview asks about flexibility, living in Frankfurt or Munich, and your language levels honestly. Many candidates fail on claiming C1 German and speaking B1, be honest on the form.
