flydubai cabin crew recruitment 2026, process, pay and how it compares to Emirates

#1 Applied to flydubai this year, sharing what I learned. Process: online application, video interview, assessment day (reach 212 cm, English, group), final interview. Narrow-body 737 network, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Eastern Europe, mostly turnarounds and short layovers. Tax-free pay and housing support but a smaller package than Emirates; the upside is it's a genuine door into Dubai aviation, and crew do move to Emirates later.
