#1 In Air Canada training now, so here's the current picture: application online, video interview, in-person assessment with a group exercise and a role-play, language assessment (English plus French is a strong advantage and required for some bases, notably Montreal), medical, then training in Toronto or Montreal (around 7 weeks). Bases: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary. Reserve length depends on base. Rouge has its own postings.
