THY roster for foreign crew: how many long hauls, how many Anatolia turnarounds?

#1 Considering Turkish Airlines from the UK. What does a normal month look like for a foreign crew member on wide body? Is it mostly long haul or a mix with domestic?

#2 Wide body crew fly a mix: two or three long haul rotations (Far East, Americas, Africa) with layovers, plus medium haul to Europe and the Gulf, and occasionally domestic on the wide bodies that fly Antalya or Izmir in summer. Around 8 to 10 days off. Foreign crew are on the same roster system as Turkish crew, no separate pool.

#3 My last month: Bangkok, Toronto, three Europe turnarounds, one Antalya. Nine days off. Fairly typical.
