PSA for anyone targeting the US majors: Delta, United and American open windows for days, sometimes hours, and close when the volume hits. Set the site's hiring alerts, follow the careers pages, and have your application answers pre-written so you can submit within the hour it opens. Every year I meet candidates who "were going to apply that weekend".
