#1 Every base has one. The rules nobody writes down:
- Swap requests get a reply, even if it's no.
- No roster screenshots with other people's names.
- Layover restaurant tips are gold; layover drama is not.
- Mute it on days off. Actually mute it.
- The person who answers the 05:00 "anyone near the airport?" call is a hero and gets a coffee.
