Part-time cabin crew contracts, which airlines offer them and when can you apply?

For those planning a long career: part-time patterns (50%, 66%, 75%) exist at many European legacy carriers, Lufthansa, KLM, BA among them, and usually need a few years of seniority before you're eligible. Norwegian has some patterns at certain bases. US majors have job-share and leave options via the contract. Gulf carriers generally don't. If you want to study or run a second career alongside flying, this is the question to ask before you choose an airline.

Lufthansa: part-time from 50% after the initial years, widely used. It's why so many colleagues have second careers, degrees, families, and still fly.

Air France similar. It's a genuine differentiator of the legacy European carriers.
