Do I need a degree to be cabin crew? Asking because Singapore Airlines says diploma
-
#1 Most airlines say high school. SIA and a couple of Asian carriers say diploma or degree. I have a diploma in banking and finance. Is that a real requirement or a nice to have? And does a degree help at Emirates and Qatar at all?
-
#2 At SIA it is a real requirement, they check the certificate at the walk in. A recognised diploma counts, the posting lists what qualifies. For the Gulf carriers high school is enough and a degree only comes up as a tie breaker or later if you want to move to the office.

#3 Lily is right. Bring the original diploma and a copy to the SIA session, they will not let you through the document stage without it.

#4 Good, mine is a recognised polytechnic diploma. Will bring the original.
