SIA training week 9 of 16: what the long course actually contains

#1 People ask why SIA training is four months. Rough split from where I am now: five weeks safety and emergency including the pool, three weeks service in the mock cabins with real meals and wine, two weeks grooming and deportment (yes, two weeks), then language and announcements, then a week on the specific fleets, then supernumerary. The grooming weeks are where people get corrected the most. I have never been so aware of my own posture.
