Applied to 6 airlines, zero replies in 3 weeks, is this normal?

#1 Applied online to LATAM, Emirates, Qatar, Etihad, flydubai and Avianca. Three weeks, nothing except automatic emails. Is silence normal or does it mean rejection? My reach is 213 cm, English is B2, hotel experience 2 years.

#2 Completely normal. Qatar took 7 weeks to invite me. Gulf carriers work in recruitment waves by city, so your file sits until they schedule your region. Silence for 6+ weeks at Emirates usually means not this round, you can reapply after 6 months.
While you wait, work on English to a solid B2/C1 spoken level. That's the thing that decides Gulf assessments, not the CV.

#3 LATAM specifically recruits by base and language. Check the careers page for a Lima base opening rather than the generic form, the generic pool is slow. When I joined, the Lima cohort came from a targeted posting.
