Qatar Airways assessment day structure 2026 (Doha & international), stage by stage

#1 Since I get asked this every week, here's the QR assessment structure as it ran for my batch and as friends report it still runs:
- Document check + reach (212 cm), people leave here for tattoos and expired passports.
- English test, computer based, 40 minutes, grammar and reading.
- Group exercise, build a service concept, present it in 3 minutes.
- Final interview, one-to-one, behavioural questions, 25 minutes.
Between each stage they cut. From 120 in the morning we were 14 at the final interview. Golden call took 5 weeks.

#2 Same structure for me two years earlier. The English test eliminates more people than candidates expect, practise reading comprehension under time, not just speaking.

#3 Thank you for this. Was the final interview the same day or the next day? Mine at Etihad was next morning and the wait was the hardest part.

#4 Next morning for us as well. Use the evening to sleep, not to rehearse, everyone who stayed up practising answers looked wrecked.
