Turkish Airlines assessment, the reach and the swimming question
-
#1 Two things people did not expect at my THY assessment. The reach is measured properly at 212 and they ask you to sign that you can swim, then it is tested in training. Also a short written Turkish or English test depending on the candidate stream. The interview was friendly and asked a lot about family and about living in Istanbul long term.

#2 The family questions surprised me too. They want to know you will stay.

#3 Pegasus asks the same family questions. It is a Turkish airline thing.
