Turkish Airlines staff travel, the network advantage nobody mentions
-
#1 THY flies to more countries than any airline. Staff travel on that network, standby at a small fare, is the perk nobody puts in the salary comparison. Manchester for a weekend, Tbilisi for a wedding, Tokyo on days off. Confirmed tickets at a higher rate too. For foreign crew with family abroad it matters a lot.

#2 And the interline deals through Star Alliance. The network is genuinely the biggest.
