SIA kebaya fitting, what happens and why people are not called back after it
-
#1 Nobody explains this stage online so here it is. After the interview you try the kebaya in your size. They look at fit, posture, how you walk in it, and overall presentation, alongside grooming from the whole day. It is not a weight check with a number, but it is where 'proportionate' is actually assessed. Be honest with yourself before the walk in about how you carry yourself in fitted clothes, and practise walking in heels, because the corridor is long and they are watching.

#2 Perfectly put. It is the stage that separates SIA from other airlines and it is not discussed enough.

#3 Japanese carriers have a uniform check too but less formal. The walk in heels comment applies everywhere in Asia though.
