Golden call in June, day 41. Documents: attested diploma took 5 weeks, police clearance 3 weeks, medical in Dubai on arrival. Joining in September. Total from application to Dubai, 7 months. The attestation was the slow part, start it before the call if you reach the final interview.

#2 Seven months is normal. India was similar for me. The document attestation advice is the most valuable line here.
