Gulf Air Bahrain, the small Gulf carrier nobody talks about

A colleague moved from Saudia to Gulf Air and is very happy. Bahrain is relaxed, the airline is small so the crew community is tight, housing provided, a mix of regional and European flying, some long haul. Package smaller than Emirates but the lifestyle in Bahrain is a big plus for people who find Dubai too much. Worth a look if you want the Gulf without the size.
