#1 I know several people who got into Emirates through an Open Day walk-in and others through the online application with a video interview. Which is faster now, and can you do both?
-
#2 You can do both but they merge into one file. Open Days are the faster door when one is in your city, you're assessed the same day or the next. The online route adds a video interview stage and the wait for an assessment invite, so 4-10 weeks longer on average. Watch the careers page for your city; Open Days appear about two weeks ahead.

#3 Istanbul gets an Open Day roughly every couple of months. If you can travel, other cities count too, people fly in from all over the region.
