#2 Around 7 weeks at the training academy. Yes, strict pass marks, one resit per exam as the norm. People fail on the same things everywhere: doors and equipment memory work, lateness, and grooming standards, the academy marks grooming daily. Wide-body doors from day one, which some find harder than narrow-body. Study the manual wording, sleep, arrive early.
