Turkish Airlines cabin crew recruitment 2026, process, requirements and Turkish language

- Recruitment runs in rounds announced on the careers site; international candidates are hired for the Istanbul base.
- Requirements: 18+, high school, reach around 212 cm, good English; Turkish is not required for international hires but helps enormously in daily life and in the interview.
- Process: online application, then an assessment (group exercise, English, short presentation), then interview, medical.
- Training in Istanbul, around 6-7 weeks.
The base is Istanbul only for cabin crew, so be sure you want to live there. Great city, big airline, long-haul network growing fast.
