Pregnancy test positive on a layover, what did you do first?

Someone asked me privately and I said I would post the answer. Positive test on a layover: finish the rotation only if you feel well, tell your manager on return, get the doctor's confirmation, and expect to be grounded from notification at most European airlines. Do not hide it to fly a few more weeks; the radiation limit and the risk assessment exist for the baby. Then the ground role conversation.

SAS, twice. Told them the day I landed both times. Ground role within two weeks, back on the line after leave. It is handled well at the legacy carriers.
